Mechanical Engineer with over 14 years of experience on projects management, maintenance of production machines, Production management and Feed Milling. I am versed with project initiation to closure, project monitoring and evaluation, design evaluation, document preparation, design deliverable life-cycle management, material purchase and site management, with excellent motivational and influencing skills. I am highly proficient at maintaining production machine mostly but not limited to Oil & Cereals Milling machines, Poultry and Fish Feed milling machines among others. I have developed skills and I am able to contribute effectively across all business objectives and activities. I have gained hands on experience working in production environments and I have developed ability to prevent and diffuse work pressures and make working conditions conducive for optimal performance of my team. I have been managing teams across functions which include but not limited to Logistics, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering and HSE.
