Audit • Involved in the audit of various captions such as intercompany, fixed assets, receivables, payables, cash and bank, deferred charges, etc. • Reconciliation of various accounts e.g. reserves, bank balances, stock etc. • Review of internal controls and recommendation on weakness/lapses. • Preparation of financials (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flows, Value-Added-Statements, etc.). • Financial data entry and preparation of schedules. Due diligence and other assurance services Tax • Computation of company income tax and filling of returns. • Preparation of VAT schedules and filling of returns. • Preparation of WHT schedules and filling of returns. • Computation of personal income tax and filling of returns. • Consulting on tax issues. • Representation of client during tax audit exercise. • Processing and collection of tax clearance certificate. • Review of accounts compliance in line with necessary rules, regulations and statements.
