DCCD under my leadership became the worlds only organisation specialised in integrating the cultural dimension into the broader international development cooperation, cultural exchanges, and for the production of an international cultural festival "Images of xxx" (www.images.org).

* AFS.org AFS Intercultural Programs Inc. is the worlds largest youth exchange organization. I was hired as international consultant for program and organizational development.
