I am an experienced professional in the field of mechanical maintenance engineering. Currently working at Tosyalı Holding, I focus on optimizing the performance of mechanical systems at a wire rod mill with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons, leveraging the expertise I have gained throughout my career. Throughout my journey, I have actively contributed to every phase of complex projects. Notably, I successfully completed equipment installation, piping, and commissioning activities during the wire rod mill installation project in collaboration with SINOSTEEL ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. My hands-on experience in this project allowed me to specialize in critical tasks such as conducting cold and hot tests and commissioning key equipment. My goal is to achieve operational excellence in mechanical systems by effectively implementing predictive maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies. By utilizing quality and efficiency frameworks such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, I actively reduce failure rates, minimize waste, and enhance equipment performance. I am committed to learning and improving every day, aiming to contribute to the industry with innovative solutions. As a mechanical maintenance engineer, I am dedicated to supporting business growth and sustainability with my technical expertise and field experience.
