Lead, implement and monitor annual and 5-years Mechanical Engineering Roadmap/Master Plan for shutdown activities. Maintain mandatory insurance spares of critical equipment. Manage resources are required to support emergent, minor & major shutdown in the whole LNG plant facilities. Lead and drive development of the Plant Asset Master Data, Maintenance Plan and BOM. Coordinate and monitor the development of maintenance work pack/work content (Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Job method sheets (JMS), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) etc. Coordinate, drive and review Maintenance Strategies through use of various tools (e.g. RCA, WHAT IF, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), benchmarking and adoption of best practices. Prepare and coordinate the section annual budget and expenditure proposal for one plus four years master plan. Develop, coordinate and drive the implementation of Individual Performance Contractual. Focal person and coordinator for Audit and Assurance process in the section. Review scope of work, gather technical information from discipline engineers, TPs and update scope of work for new tender. Consolidate user’s needs of external services. Working with Group Procurement department to proceed once off and long term contracts. Monitor and endorse services request, advise users to utilize the right unit rate and to optimize utilization of hired resources. Control contractors' document for HSE induction, specific training, and vehicle pass request, etc. Monitor ACV utilization, create monthly report of ACV utilization and ACV increase if required. Create purchase request and purchase order, resolve payment issues. Manage and resolve contractors’ issues, such as SH&E Infringement, double and fake claims, etc. Manage and evaluate contractor’s SH&E Scorecard. Perform Contractor Performance Evaluation every 6 months period.

Manage minor and major planned shutdown by selecting shutdown jobs in SAP backlog and new notification, gathering scope of work, review material/part availability, create purchase order for non-stock items, arrange internal and external resources, develop working schedule in. Controls implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance programs, manage and tracking progress of routine/planned and emergent/unplanned works. Develop work flow and deliver training to people on site prior to implementing the work flow. Deliver SAP Training to people on site, evaluate quality of notification, work order, and job risk assessment are created in SAP and provide feed back for improvement Generate equipment list and its related information to be uploaded into SAP. Set up Maintenance Plan for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in SAP PM. Evaluate and revise maintenance plan are implemented in site. Lead planning group in performing daily and weekly plan. Control material/parts availability prior to release work order in work schedule. Evaluate implementation of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Involve in root cause analysis using 5Why and Apollo root cause analysis method. Involve in bad actor investigation. Review, select & organize third party (contractor) to support company operation and maintenance. Responsible to prepare and implementing of Condition Monitoring Programs, such as Vibration Analysis and Lube Oil Analysis for Rotating Equipment, Thermography Analysis for static equipment. Analyze magnitude, trend, and spectrum of vibration reading. Develop maintenance technician to involve in condition monitoring programs and planning system. Evaluate compliance of P&ID of plant facilities. Involve during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning stage of Ammonium Nitrate Complex Plant Facilities. Person in charge for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Static & Rotating) roles in their absence. Person in charge for Reliability/Maintenance Manager during his absence.

Setting up database and create route using Odyssey software for vibration monitoring and analysis of rotating equipment Take and analyze vibration data of rotating equipment, create report and recommend correction action for any fault indication Perform coupling alignment using laser devices Conduct static and dynamic balancing of rotating equipment, in the workshop and field Take and analyze infrared data of mechanical and electrical components Authorized to coordinate NDT personnel to ensuring NDT application as like Penetrant Test (PT), Magnetic Test (MT), Ultrasonic Test (UT), Infrared Thermograph Test (IR). Welding Inspection (Fit-Up, Visual Test) and Reporting. Participation in witness inspection at contractor’s work when required. Witnessing all the inspection and testing activities as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan and Inspection sheet.

Lead mechanical maintenance group in performing corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance of Static & Rotating equipments such as pumps, compressors, diesel engines, gas turbine, fans, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, etc. Facilitate all mechanical troubleshooting and repair the plant facilities Monitoring and controlling the inspection activities and schedule. Coordinate workshop activities Coordinate fabrication activities Update schedule & Progress Report.
