Development of the Telecom line under the Apple brand in CIS countries. Progress: - three new partners Tele2 Kazakhstan, Beeline Kyrgyzstan, NUR Telecom Kyrgyzstan, connected from scratch (+185 sales offices); - creation of a new financial direction for the rental of Apple equipment for individuals in Kazakhstan; - development of a Forward trade-in program for the CIS market (forecasting the residual value of smartphones after a certain period of time with the ability to guarantee its reimbursement to partners); - launch of a unique iPhone subscription product in Tele2 Kazakhstan with complex mechanics of applying the residual value of the smartphone (more profitable than the classic installment plan of up to 40%); - creation of bundle products for iPhone operators with a tariff for one or two years as a gift (break-even control of the transaction for each partner individually).
