SameSport is a digital media platform aimed at promoting inclusive sports for people with and without disabilities. SameSport.Ru has been operating in Moscow, Russia, since 2017. SameSport.org operated in Arkansas, USA, in 2021-2022. Participant of the Clinton Global Initiative University. Finalist of Social Innovation Challenge at the University of Arkansas and Impact Hub Moscow.

Research assistant for Dr. Ashlyn Hardie, performing data collection, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and administrative tasks related to sport management and sport for development initiatives, including the New Way Sport Fund.

Served as the focal point of communication and operations, connecting all JSFD stakeholders in order to support the manuscript review process from submission to publication. Provided support for special projects, including the JSFD Early Career Scholar Award, Special Issue proposals, as well as news/announcements. Organized and facilitated regular editor calls providing the pipeline and organizational updates to team members. Managed JSFD email and Salesforce accounts, as well as the WordPress platform.

Management of the Power of Sport charity program aimed to support social initiatives in sport across the country. Projects under supervision included open grant calls for public and nonprofit organizations (100+ recipients yearly), special grants (e.g. Special Olympics Russia and Russian International Olympic University among recipients), yearly international conference Sport and Society, research projects, and educational programs for grantees. Performed full cycle of grant management from developing open call documents to monitoring and evaluation of grantees.

The Center for Partnership Systems is building the Social Wealth Index (SWI), a comprehensive metric of the economic value of the work of caring for people and nature. This index, essential in our time, shows what investments are needed for a better quality of life and a strong economy. I provided support to both research and resource mobilization teams.

Preparation and coordination of events for Conversation Series, Global Changemakers Book Club, and Fulbright Scholars Social Impact Series (including preparation and distribution of invitations and flyers, drafting questions, moderation, tech support, and post-event publications). Speakers included Nobel Laureate Dr. Muhuammad Yunus, author of The Real Wealth of Nations Dr. Riane Eisler, CEO of Southern Bancorp Darrin Williams, VP Global Sustainable Agriculture & Responsible Sourcing at PepsiCo Christine Daugherty, and the founder of Delta Plastics Dhu Thompson. Assisted with social innovation courses (e.g. research, quizzes and games, discussion questions, mentorship). Research assistance with academic articles on topics related to social entrepreneurship and innovation, nonprofit supply chain management, and impact investment. Facilitation of partnerships with other social initiatives (e.g. Yunus Social Business Center, The Center for Partnership Systems). Development and maintenance of the website on WordPress.

GreenGreens is a personal finance and behavior change software application that allows sustainability-conscious young professionals to make financial decisions that align with their personal sustainability goals. The elevator pitch winner in the High Growth/Technology category at the Arkansas Governor Cup Collegiate Business Plan Competition – 2021.

Desk research and literature review on the empowerment of women through sports. Co-author of CSPS Advocacy Toolkit “A guide for creating more inclusive communities”. SMM strategy for ADA Anniversary celebration campaign. Supported the team’s Global Disability Rights project focused on mapping disability rights policies, with an emphasis on implications of laws directly linked to providing access to sport and physical activity.
