StandWithUs is a non-partisan Israel educational non-profit organisation that inspires and educates people of all ages and backgrounds, challenges misinformation and fights antisemitism with programs on five continents with offices throughout the U.S., in Israel, the UK, Canada, South Africa, Brazil – and a new office opening in Australia. We are inspired by our love of Israel, our belief that education is the road to peace, and our commitment to stand up for Israel and the Jewish people. StandWithUs empowers and energizes students and communities with leadership training and educational programs in primary schools, high school and on university campuses. StandWithUs informs through social media, print and digital materials, films, weekly newsletters and missions to Israel. StandWithUs has received the highest ratings from Charity Navigator (4 stars) and Guidestar (Platinum), is a non-profit and is not politically aligned with any country. It does not and has never advocated specific policies for Israel. Our work and our respect for Israel’s democratically elected government are not contingent on which parties are in power. Our goal is to counter antisemitism and to educate the public about Israel and empower others to educate their communities, and to make it possible to have reasonable, informed conversations about Israel’s policies on campuses and in communities. As the Executive Director for Northern California, I facilitate the growth of StandWithUs locally to make it the best resource it can be for people of all backgrounds to learn more about Israel and combat antisemitism. This includes organizing educational programs, fundraising, and growing the organization’s visibility and reach in the region. I work within the Jewish and non-Jewish community to ensure that StandWithUs is effectively inspiring and educating people of all ages about Israel, while combatting BDS efforts on college campuses and elsewhere.

Fosters cooperation and builds relationships with the Jewish community, pro-Israel organizations, and academic institutions by developing and executing Israel-related programs and activities, including coordinating and participating in conferences and seminars addressing issues in the Jewish community and Israeli society. Coordinates efforts to bring Israeli culture to campuses through music, art, theatre and other creative channels. Works with campus organizations, faculty, and administrators to fight BDS and maintain a healthy environment for Jewish and Israeli members of the community.

Review international and domestic films, both new releases and repertory.

Coordinating, developing, and leading overseas trips and educational events for young RSJ’s from North America. Engaging RSJ’s in global Jewish issues, from Jewish identity-building to ending Jewish poverty to connecting Jewish communities globally.
