Ogieomo Yvonne Eweka ( She/Her) (ACIPM, HRPL, MSc, BSc)

Yvonne is a visionary leader working at the intersection of technology, innovation, democracy, transformational leadership, and gender. She is the West Africa Ambassador for the Civic Tech Innovation Network (CTIN), an Oversight Group (OG) member of the African Internet Rights Alliance (AIRA), the Executive Director of Florence Osarentin Development Initiative (FosaDev), and founder of Flosaren Consulting. She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), completed Executive Education program on non-profit management at the Lagos Business School, and presently a class of 2026 student of the School of Political, Policy and Governance. With over 15 years of experience, Yvonne currently works at the Technology and Society Practice at CcHUB as a senior program manager - Election & Governance. In her capacity, she leads the design and implementation of strategic programs that leverage technology to bridge the gap between citizens and governments around Africa's civic digital ecosystem, lead pioneering research, and advocate for inclusive democracy and governance. Her expertise in program design and execution, strategic advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, grant management, stakeholder engagement & management, and data-driven research has resulted in innovative change in the election and governance ecosystem. Yvonne has led diverse pioneering research, Pan-African roundtables events with thought leaders from over 20 countries on how to advance democracy. She is a skill knowledge facilitator and catalyst. I recently contributed to a Image-Based Abuse design workshops focused on a survivor-centered solutions for safeguarding the online in digital space. And also facilitated a masterclass on strategic partnership frameworks for the African Union Civic Tech Fund, highlighting trust, transparency, and mission alignment as the cornerstones of long-term innovation. She envisions a world in which technology democratizes opportunity and empowers citizens. With a dedication to developing collaborative environments that stimulate innovation and amplifies voices of marginalized groups. Yvonne originally trained as a Geography & Regional Planner (BSc) from the University of Benin, and Human Resources Management (MSc), University of Benin.
