* Principal Responsibilities: * Maintain on-going communication with upper management and other departments on project progress and status reports. * Allocate, supervise and manage junior members of the development and infrastructure staff on key projects. Submission of training requirements for support staff on completed projects. * Management and provision of tiered level storage from IBM, Hitachi Thunder and Lightening storage. * Provision of proactive desktop and network monitoring utilities for over 5000 desktop PC’s. * Integration of the Windows platform with a UNIX (Solaris) backend for specific application types. * Design and implementation of email and internet traffic monitoring, filtering and virus checking.

* Principal Responsibilities: * Manage operational and project personnel, continuous process and product improvement, and customer service projects * Building relationships with customers and realising sales opportunities from pro-active pre-sales activities. * Writing communication plans and oral presentations to administrative directors and managers for approval. * Manage project teams to implement upgrade plan within budget and on-schedule and train users in new technology. * Designing an upgrade plan (consisting of both hardware and software components) to increase efficiency and improve customer infrastructure. * Responsibility for software/hardware/contract analysis and procurement. * Provision of business continuity plans for existing and new customer systems * Lead cross-functional team to continuously upgrade existing customer infrastructure. * Project management of customer infrastructure projects and built relationships with both ISV’s and OEM’s alike.
