• Manage client’s enquiry and assist with client proposal development • Explain hotel products & service and provide an extensive level of customer service towards client’s expectations • Maintain accurate logs of bookings to manage guest/event logistics • Facilitating project post show management, providing accurate statistics and following up with suppliers and accounts receivable. • Apply knowledge of company’s KPI to drive personal targets • Execute the highest level of 5 star training services towards all guests.
