I build energy projects and try to push them beyond just EPC. Started with Ensys Renewable Solutions S.A., where we scaled a photovoltaic business to real execution level, over 200 people, multiple sites running in parallel, and the kind of constraints you only understand once you’re actually building. From there, I moved into more complex systems: - hydrogen (PEM + solar integration) through Tehnomir - a battery factory project (ATNOM) — advanced to EPC and supplier level, currently blocked/restructuring due to EU funding constraints - looking longer term at SAF, but still early I’m mostly interested in things that: - are hard to execute - require engineering + financing + coordination Flying keeps me sharp — being an instrument rated pilot, i learned discipline and preparation, because there’s no guessing what’s ahead.
