Management of total manufacturing operation in the Foods factories as per agreed standards; Leading manufacturing activities in the factories to achieve desired service levels on time. Deploy and Deliver to an annual plan and financial results including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation. Report directly to the Factory Manager. Direct reports are the Shift Managers/Coordinators and 55 staff and 300 contract staffs.

• Supervise the activities of 70+ and Production shop floor staff during the • shift. • Ensure the effective use of available resources to achieve set targets. • Ensure production of high-quality product (Sachet tomatoes paste) that meets the requirement of relevant stakeholders. • Ensure and maintain high percentage Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE). • Liaise with Utility and QC Departments when necessary • Ensure all Production personnel adhere to cGMP. • Assist the Production Shift Manager in delegated roles. • Ensure discipline of production personnel. • Ensure control of material wastages in all areas of production. • Coordinate the technical team to resolve technical issues. • Ensure 5S is practiced at all areas of the production shop floor • Ensure continuous training of machine operators for improved technical skill for solving machine related issues

• Co-ordinate line Operators for safe and efficient operation of packaging machines during Production. • Ensures Produce on all lines meets the required Quality specification. • Ensures all record of machines parameter are taken at the established time interval. • Collation of Daily Machine's Production report for all lines, taking consideration for productivity, defect, and Material reconciliation. • Solves any Minor Machine Abnormalities identified or reported by team • Machine Operators, and Communication of Critical Machine(s) issues to supervisor or Engineering Team for solution. • Ensures Basic Preventive Maintenance such as Cleaning, Lubricating, Inspection & Tightening (CLIT) are carried out. • Ensures Machine Operators Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Ensures Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by Machine Operators. • Gives Daily Pep-talk on Performance and area of focus
