(1) HDX-MS analysis Designed and executed >200 HDX-MS studies for conformational dynamics, epitope mapping, PPI and ternary complex analysis (e.g., PROTAC-induced interactions), interpreting protein-ligand HDX kinetic profiles to infer conformational hotspots. (2) Drug screening, Binding site identification and PTM profiling Developed and optimized workflows for drug screening, peptide mapping and PTM analysis, contributed to method transfer, streamlined data processing pipelines to increase report quality. (3) Delivered 500+ bilingual technical reports with data-driven recommendations, accelerating client decision-making in early drug discovery; supported feasibility evaluations and mentored training in MS workflows.

(1) Pharmaceutical analysis Developed MS-compatible HILIC-LC-MS method for impurity detection in aminolevulinic acid HCl, overcoming MS-incompatibility of ion-pair reagents. (2) Quantitative proteomics profiling of stem cells Established feeder-free stem cell culture, applied Tip-based micro-column for phosphorylated protein enrichment and label-free proteomics to study stem cell differentiation and phosphorylation networks. Conducted integrated multiple omics analysis to understand pluripotency and fate decision mechanisms. (3) Research on the interaction of mDNA-protein Participated in CE-based screening of small-molecule inhibitors for UHRF1–mDNA interaction; contributed to literature research and assay development.

(1) miRNA delivery system targeting bone tissue Designed SDSSD-conjugated bone-targeting nanocarriers for delivering anti-miR-214; demonstrated efficacy in vivo; first author publication in ACS Nano. (2) Green Innovation Project (Team Leader) Proposed algae-based biofuel system; conducted fieldwork and led final presentation; awarded Second Prize in Total’s regional competition. (3) Lutein overproduction via molecular breeding Assisted in data analysis and report writing; won Third Prize in China’s “Challenge Cup” science competition.
