Was also responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective, that there is proper management of resources and that analysis of operational systems is conducted to feed into the continual improvement cycle.

Provided leadership to the organisation with responsibility for the day to day running of various departments. Focus in this role was around developing programmes that deliver efficiencies and played a leading role in mobilising, developing and implementing of robust operational processes. The role also provided operations and technical direction to the group's multiple manufacturing sites.

The job existed to manage, coordinate, oversee and direct the whole transformation system by leading a technical resources team and effectively co-operating with various peer groups within the company. The role also ensured compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations. Responsibility was to maintain the accurate quality and quantity control, supporting the on-time delivery of produced products in order to satisfy the clients.
