- Analyze customer complaints and quality nonconformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in accordance with company guidelines. - Prepare, review, and evaluate qualification and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), including process, cleaning, and method validation, and ensure the implementation of periodic revalidation to maintain product quality consistency. - Ensure compliance with CPOB/GMP, ISO, and BPOM regulations through the management of the quality system, including document control, change control, deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPA, risk assessment, as well as quality document control and archiving. - Conduct and support internal and external audits, prepare audit reports, monitor CAPA implementation, and perform supplier/vendor assessment and audits (supplier qualification). - Analyze customer complaints and quality deviations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare investigation reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Coordinate and provide CPOB/GMP training and enhance quality awareness across all departments. - Conduct Product Quality Reviews (PQR/APR), grant final product release approval, and ensure products meet specifications and applicable regulations. - Identify and implement continuous improvements in the quality system and collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Engineering, and R&D. - Record and document improvements for reference in future product development.

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including production schedule, work schedule, work standards, and cost estimation analysis. - Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as the foundation for project planning and control. - Monitor and evaluate project progress against the established schedule. - Identify deviations or delays and propose corrective actions. - Coordinate with the project team (project manager, site manager, engineers, and others) to collect data and ensure all parties understand the project's progress. - Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly project progress reports.

- Assist in analyzing the sugar factory’s production processes, both on-farm and off-farm, by using appropriate methods to obtain accurate and objective data and facts. This data is then presented in a timely manner, followed by providing effective recommendations to ensure that the work processes remain in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. - Assist in supervising the sugar production process to ensure that the established quality standards are met. - Assist in analyzing quality data and taking necessary actions to address any quality issues that arise. - Prepare monitoring reports and deliver them to the relevant authorities. - Assist in drafting and updating relevant quality management documents. - Analyze all activities at the sugar factory to improve the company’s performance.

- Assist in supervising the maintenance of factory machinery in preparation for the milling season. - Assist in planning the procurement of raw materials and spare parts for machine maintenance in preparation for the milling season. - Assist in developing maintenance strategies for machinery as preparation for the milling season. - Assist in preparing installation plans and collaborating with the processing sector, particularly on machines involved in the sugar-to-juice conversion process. - Assist in coordinating workers in the installation sector in collaboration with the Assistant Manager of the Boiler Station, Milling Station, Electrical Station, and Bagasse Station.

- Monitor, analyze, research, and test the development of all products produced. - Monitor the product manufacturing process to ensure optimal quality. - Conduct verification of product quality. - Ensure that the produced goods meet the company’s established quality standards. - Provide recommendations for reprocessing products with low quality. - Document the results of inspections and testing of company products. - Create analyses, historical records, and product documentation that can be used as future references.
