• Provide technical consult to Technical Sale Team. Works as an E2E Product and Business Solution Architect and supports on assigned vertical to achieve the sale target. Ensure all proposed solutions meet customer's requirements and objectives. • Work closely with both internal product teams and/ or external vendors to gain more knowledge and skills to provide technical consult to address the variety of customers' requirements. • Conduct "Prove of Concept" (POC) in response to customer's request by incorporate with post-sale and/or solution partners. • Lead on project transition to delivery team to ensure all implementation team do understand the proposed solution architecture, its scope of work, and project deliverable. • Work with Product Solution Delivery and Project Manager to gather all essential project's information: Final Detailed Design Diagram, Traffic Flow, Test Report, Scope of work, etc. to transfer the implemented projects to operation team. • Be lead on the major incidents highly impact on the customer's service interruption to identify the root cause and explore the improvement plan in cooperate with operation &, engineering team. And then, report back to the customer for the incidents, resolution, and improvement plan.

o Handing on Infra Network of Vpls Thailand that base on worldwide e.g. California Phoenix Ashburn Poland Hongkong Korea Taipei Singapore Thailand etc. with over 500 switches and 40 routers. o Maintain network for stability work. o Monitoring network with OPSGENIE(for track condition of network) Sflow for prevent Ddos attack. o Implement and operate AWX (Ansible tower) for implement ,maintain ,config multiple switches and router with the same time. o Use Peal script to run network command for config , gathering status multiple switches and routers with the same time. o Use oxidized server for backing up switches and router config on webUI. o Work base on 2 shift ,morning and noon,also oncall support 7/24 o Work with US team and communicate with international provider base on each country that we have infrastructure installed as above. o Handing on Cisco ,Fortigate,Forti AP, Brocade ,VDX,Juniper,Dell o Knowledge on OSPF IS-IS BGP Linux C Perl Yml and Shell script. o Implement and design infra network for factory, office.

o Handing on data center of NTT Communication Thailand at BKK2DC Amatanakorn with 1,400 racks server. o Service customer with strong policy. o Service 500+ applicant per month with excellent experience as 5 Star Hotel service mind. o Implement rack and connect network from customer site to Datacenter that have more than 10 Internet service provider ex.AIS,True,UIH,Symphony,Jastel.By provide rack,Network cabling Configuration and Patch UTP or Fiber to customer. o Hand on CCTV with Aimetis Symphony by monitoring and implement system.Survey,planning installation are include. o Manager Access control with Gallagher by register,monitoring and get report to customer.Implement with contractor who provide system in datacenter.Monitoring 24/7 to prevent damage and secure the customer rack include customer asset. o Monitoring all of process service with 24 hours in 3 shift for handle more than 40 Enterprise customer.Ex BAY(Bank of Ayudhaya) Bualuang security (Bangkok bank) Bangchak,Betagro Nikon.Siam kubota , BEC-IT (Ch3) and more.By datacenter patrol all area of customer.Monitor condition of customer rack at NOC room. o Maintenance network system for prevent any damage or error of customer rack.And provide DR solution by backup line network.

o Handing on Implement.Planning and maintenance standby 24/7 with 4 hours SLA. With Onsite service.Check loss fiber by OTDR at node to customer.And control contractor to repair fiber at damage area. o Make presentation to customer for install approved. Installation network for Enterprise customer before installation. o Handing on all Implement process Onsite survey for planning installation fiber optic for connect node to customer. By Control contractor in installation process in customer area with safety training o Configuration switch, router SAS-M, SAR-A , DWDM.With testing OTDR RFC 2544 and monitoring Network system onsite.
