-Provides technical and engineering support in assembly process with transceiver module (fiber optic product) and conformal coating process in PCBA level both NPI and mass production in the product concern that handle and take responsible. -Cooperated and supported regional customer on site in term of process and product improvement. -Drive activities in continuous improvement of management processes, yield improvement, process root cause failure analysis ,correction action, and scrap reduction. -Cooperate with the CFT in failure investigations then follow up product/process improvement plans based on investigation. -Supported continuous improvement with Kaizen activities by quaterly. -Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. -Issue work instructions and manage products and process changes.

- Design and improvement manufacturing process capability relate with PCBA since Wave soldering, Conformal coating, Gluing process, Box build Assembly (TLA) until Packing process to finish good unit both NPI and sustaining mass production phase for existing and new customer account that responsible. - Assist and advise customers in resolving product issues then provide basic troubleshooting, repairs including non-conformances, corrective, and preventative actions. - Contact and cooperation with cross-functional team and supplier to solve problem or/and improve product/material/automation machine related jobs concern then solving or propose these project until achieved goal. - Advise subordinate in technical skill and strategy both engineer and technician for handle jobs until task completely. - KPI Control/improve yield to detect/reduced any defects and prevent non-conformity product send to customer. - Submit initiative and improvement project (Lean &Kaizen) for support Quality improvement and cost saving project to cost down every quarterly.

-Support NPI products both existing customers,new customers and other customers what transferred from other sister plant in oversea both transfer tooling&equipment include new order,prepare document,workflow set up production line until get goal acheivement for product qualification in Thailand plant. -Cooperating internal team and supplier to set up automation&semi-auto machine. -Issue DFM proposal and Engineering Change Request(ECR) relate with initiative and improvement project to customer or Top management. -Summarized all data in term of engineering improvement for presentation in QBR meeting each customers that take responsible.

-Handle sustaining production in Aerospace and Multimedia product both PCBA level since Wave soldering,Selective soldering cleaning,gluing conformal coating ,Module assembly(box build) and packing level -Cooperation with cross-functional team until acheive goal in term of quality and commercial. Prepare necessary manufacturing document concern both product or machine such as WI, Procedure, SM, MDS, Operation safety standard etc.

- Finding, research & development for evaluate new coating material that suitable for hard coated process per lens manufacturing spec requirement. - Issue manufacturing work instruction relate with hard coated and Anti-Reflection coated process.
