I don’t believe in perfect eating. I believe in smart, sustainable eating that fits real life. My journey with weight loss and PCOS taught me something textbooks never could. Diets fail when they are restrictive, unrealistic, and disconnected from everyday living. After losing 40 kg twice and spending nearly 20 years in clinical nutrition, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s how Balance Nutrition was born. Today, we are known for practical, long term results, low dropout rates, and strong client adherence without calorie counting or food guilt. Our approach is built around the BN Ekit, smart food plating across cuisines, and tools that help people eat well whether they are at home, at a restaurant, traveling, or even flying. I have had the privilege of working with over 75,000 individuals globally and leading corporate wellness programs for organizations like Deloitte, Kotak Securities, IIFL, Shapoorji Pallonji, and several UAE based companies. I also collaborate with hospitals on diet planning, menu development, and nutritional audits. Balance Nutrition today is more than a program.
