People and Organization Leader for a newly created multi market growth region in APAC. As part of the global HR leadership team, I partner with the President and leadership team to create value and deliver growth in tandem with our transformation agenda.

As part of the global HR leadership team, I lead the people solutions strategy for over 40K employees worldwide in the Global Operations functions in Asia and US. I am a partner to the EVP & SLT of Global Ops and together we inspire innovation and drive alignment between our growth ambitions, human potential and the exciting future of cloud & digital transformation.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO and supporting the Gousto board, I was responsible for shaping the vision, mission and priorities for the HR organisation aligned with our company’s Strategy on a Page. I helped to inspire investments and transformation in the Foundations of our people systems, rhythm of business and talent acquisition as well as chartered the way forwards for Culture, Performance, DE&I, Analytics and Engagement.

Working closely with the MD of the region and part of the global HRBP leadership, I led the overall human capital/talent strategy for the dynamic and high growth Asia-Pacific region with 11 offices across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Japan and HK. In addition to managing the HR team, I helped to steer strategic impact around leadership, development, change management, performance, analytics, DE&I and Engagement.

Responsible to shape talent management solutions in emerging markets for Cargill globally. Focus incubated from APAC with intention to drive capabilities on leadership development, workforce planning, diversity, talent pipeline building among other key talent priorities in rapidly growing markets.

Responsible for co-ordinating, shaping and re-design of the Centers of Expertise for HR globally, working closely with key internal stakeholders and working as a part of a team for developing the overall framework for HR Service Delivery and Governance (a key global initiative for HR)

A key global HR initiative, I was responsible to lead a multi-functional team across HR globally to shape foundational HR policies and programs for Cargill in the area of Talent Supply and Demand.

Overall responsible for HR for the business unit with over 15,000 employees operating across Singapore, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Led key integration and M&A related activities, embedding key HR practices, leadership development, organization restructuring and change management.

Overall head of HR for the business, responsible for end to end HR in a number of countries across Asia. Key strategic partner to the business in shaping human capital strategy and execution plans
