QA/QC development

Quality Control/Assurance -Responsible for defining quality standards, creating test plans, designing test cases, and executing tests to identify defects and ensure that the product meets specified requirements. Working closely with customer to communicate issues and collaborate on resolving them. -Involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts that can repeatedly validate the functionality of product. -Liaise with customer to performed 8D report regarding product quality issue. -Control and monitor in house, supplier, customer and warranty product quality issue. -Perform data collection for problem analysis study result and quality control. -Perform quality reports for customer warranty cost sharing report. -Performing analysis report and result for quality issue & warranty issue and presenting the analysis finding in customer QIT/QAT/MIS. -Identify any potential quality issues pre-defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately from supplier to complete product. -Ensure that validated product meet functional and design specifications and requirements as per drawing and customer requirement. -Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes. -Develop, documented and maintain functional test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation and automated scripts. -Identify test requirements from specifications, test cases requirements and design test coverage plan. -Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable. -Performing supplier quality audit such as CQI (Continuous Quality Improvements). -Internal auditor for Quality Management System (QMS), Manufacturing Audit (MA), Manufacturing process Audit (MPA) and Product audit (PA) for ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016 auditor. -Selected in the improvement team to developed system improvement, product knowledge, product quality and troubleshooting studies at other branch. -Participating in all external audit such

Control System Engineer -Asst Engineer to develop new manufacturing process to meet customer requirement. -Perform process improvement activities such as modify existing process to improve efficiency and cost saving. -Provided ideas for production upgrading in term of documentation and process related. -Perform new layout, cycle time for line balancing and quality control which contribute to cost saving. -In charge NPI product & control process equipment. -Involve in EC change. -Perform Oven stability study to certify for a new product. -Produce all data regarding source reject study. -Control in Solder Paste Handling and Wastage due to minimise Solder Paste usage. -Verifying stencil stroke record at lines and do necessary action if needed. -Develop and implement quality control procedure, monitor line performance to capture any issue affected to quality of products failure. -Work with the quality assurance team and technical team to resolve quality issues. -Verifying rejection at SMT post station and final assembly to identify the root cause. -Liaise with purchasing upon any issue related to 3rd party failure (supplier/vendor etc). -Troubleshoot equipment malfunction, maintain and upgrade existing equipment, provide solutions and perform maintenance servicing production and process equipment. -inspection on stencil condition in line (actively run) to ensure stencil in good condition. -buy-off new stencil. -Doing specific data collection and report. -Doing SPC chart monitoring. -Prepare and maintain detail documentation of process and equipment. -Generate reports on production efficiency and cost savings. -Performing TS Documentation for customer auditing. -Update WI (Work Instructions), Process flow chart and PFMEA to the latest standard.

Database Administrator -Develop and optimize program for SMT machine, including pick and place, stencil printer and reflow ovens for existing product and new product. -Creating new part data and special part ID base on PCB design data. -Set up and configure SMT machines for production runs. -Control Loding List for Production. -Involve with Engineering Chang Note (ECN). -Perform machine calibration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. -Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement. -Implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce defects. -Conduct root cause analysis for process failure and implement corrective actions. -Inspect and verify the accuracy of component placements and solder joints. -Maintain detailed documentation of SMT programs, set up and processes. -Generate reports on machine CP and CPK result for SMT machine with CMM machine
