CLF LABS is a platform run by Mendaki for youth in organizations to adopt the concept of intrapreneurship, where youth are given the opportunity to explore and create new ideas. I am part of the steering committee which provides guidance to youth interested in bringing their ideas to life. As part of this committee I do the following: a) Determine the selection and assessment criteria of proposals submitted; b) Assess proposals submitted on their aims and objectives, strength of concept, feasibility, sustainability and their potential to contribute to the community c) Evaluate and decide to award, otherwise, in part or in full any duly completed proposal submitted through Mendaki; d) Connect project teams with the appropriate Advisors/Mentors or other relevant bodies for other sources of funding and/or mentorship; e) Work closely with Mendaki in identifying projects with the potential for scalability and provide advice to the teams; f) Address issues arising from case studies submitted to Mendaki, including policy issues; g) Support Mendaki in areas of publicity and outreach for CLF LABS
