Leads network-building and collaborative efforts with government and tech companies including IMDA, GovTech, SGInnovate, Zendesk, Google and Facebook, raising over USD $100,000 in 3 years Leads social media content creation and strategy including outreach, annual report development and donation drives together with social media volunteers Thought leader and public speaker for issues around representation and diversity in the tech industry for both local and international events and publications including The Straits Times, KRAsia and TEDx

Leads a team of 12 full-time staff to run programmes for youth in Singapore across multiple pillars including visual and creative arts, film and entertainment, urban sports, careers, entrepreneurship, sustainability and wellness Improved team alignment, reporting and morale through developing structures and systems to solve and prevent recurring issues while building accountability and delivering above estimated KPI. Pro-bono position leading a team of experienced founders to help create better ecosystems and support for minority/Muslim entrepreneurs.

CLF LABS is a platform run by Mendaki for youth in organizations to adopt the concept of intrapreneurship, where youth are given the opportunity to explore and create new ideas. I am part of the steering committee which provides guidance to youth interested in bringing their ideas to life. As part of this committee I do the following: a) Determine the selection and assessment criteria of proposals submitted; b) Assess proposals submitted on their aims and objectives, strength of concept, feasibility, sustainability and their potential to contribute to the community c) Evaluate and decide to award, otherwise, in part or in full any duly completed proposal submitted through Mendaki; d) Connect project teams with the appropriate Advisors/Mentors or other relevant bodies for other sources of funding and/or mentorship; e) Work closely with Mendaki in identifying projects with the potential for scalability and provide advice to the teams; f) Address issues arising from case studies submitted to Mendaki, including policy issues; g) Support Mendaki in areas of publicity and outreach for CLF LABS

I help to advise on the digital transformation of the Malay Muslim voluntary sector (MMVS), including on the vision, concept and desired outcomes of digital transformation for the MMVS; provide strategic guidance on digital readiness initiatives; and act as a resource person and advocate of this digital transformation.

International Experience • Represented the University of Edinburgh Interfaith Chaplaincy at the Parliament of World Religions Conference in Melbourne, Australia • Embarked on an international exchange programme to Cairo, Egypt
