I manage end-to-end HR operations, covering a wide range of responsibilities including payroll administration (using the Tu Pay system), employee relations, employee experience initiatives, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. I also handle performance management coordination, HR reporting, disciplinary procedures, employee engagement activities, and act as a key point of contact for all HR-related matters within the organization. My responsibilities extend to sourcing and organizing training programs, coordinating interviews, and working closely with department managers to support their staffing and operational needs. I actively plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations, festive events, and the annual company trip to promote a positive workplace culture. Additionally, I manage legal documentation for new agreements with third-party vendors and contracts involving employees. I also maintain consistent communication and collaboration with HR counterparts across the company group to ensure unified HR practices and effective cross-branch support.

Engaged in a 6-month contract within the HR Employee Relations department. Key responsibilities included actively participating in Due Inquiry sessions and taking minutes. Additionally, I was responsible for drafting Demand Letters and assist in writing Show-Cause letters. Furthermore, I was tasked with creating 2 compliance videos weekly posting on all over Malaysia Management. I also provided valuable assistance in verifying legal documents and took the lead in creating an Onboarding video on Employee Relations. Moreover, I consistently updated the Disciplinary tracker.

Over a 3-month contract, I assisted in recruiting for TRX Mall NSO. I performed rapid candidate screening at a rate of 10 candidates per day and helped in the interview process. I recruited for brands such as Bacha Coffee, Quivo, TWG Tea, Godiva, Chloe, Swarovski, as well as KLIA brands like Beauty Love and Candy Party. Throughout the duration, I successfully screened and passed over 700+ candidates.

My role was a Retail Associate. I assisted in the opening and closing procedures, which included cleaning, counting petty cash, tallying sales, and updating sales records. I handled most of the transactions that took place in the store and was on the front line of customer service. Additionally, I assisted in sending VM reports monthly and assisting with weekly and monthly sales reports.

Exposed to the music industry, assisted in music production, writing, and composition. Helped create a proposal, organized with university admins for the COF ke Universiti event, and assisted in marketing and photoshoots for artists.
