Process Control for all chemical related in flextronics manufacturing (Develop, Etching, Stripping,Microclean processing), Responsible for investigating the root cause, analysis, Pareto analysis and DOE. Monitoring and control Daily and Preventive Maintenance for each machine. Train and educate operators in machine procedures, quality alert, defects product and customers requirement such as specification and application of the products. Responsible to monitor in-process yield performance and trigger in-process continuous improvement plans for flex manufacturing. Involved in answering customer feedback or complaint to perform Failure Analysis Report and 8D Report. Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes. Responsible to maintain process flow, control plan and PFMEA,RFMEA.

Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars. Developing curricula and course material that can be used across a number of platforms. Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand knowledge base. Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams. Conducting research, and writing papers, proposals, journal articles, and books. Attending and participating in meetings, conferences, and other events in and outside of the institution. Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution.

A Quality Control (QC) job scope at Omega Fabrication involves ensuring manufactured parts meet specifications through various inspections, such as receiving, in-process, and final checks. Responsibilities include using inspection equipment like Smartscope, maintaining calibration, documenting deviations, and creating reports and inspection plans. The role also requires adherence to quality management system procedures and customer requirements.
