I am currently an Executive in the Water Management and Irrigation (WMI) Unit, actively contributing to initiatives that promote sustainable water management and enhance climate resilience across SD Guthrie estates. Key roles and responsibilities include: 1) I'm actively involved in Moisture Conservation Pit “MCP” Project which is a form of climate proofing that will enable SD Guthrie to realize and sustain long term yield performance and mitigate the adverse effects of the dryer months and El-Nino phenomenon on the production performance of its estate. Focal Feeding Technique in Marginal Inland Soils (MCP Construction) is one of SD Guthrie best practices. 2) Identify estate with low lying area and WMI issues, also to initiate the action plan for affected area. 3) Implementation WMI Online Monitoring (Palm Digital) collaboration with Group Digital in Coastal Estates & Underground Water Level Monitoring . 4) Upgrading existing water gates to new ergonomic designs that facilitate automate opening and closing, replacing the old laborious screw mechanisms in SD Guthrie Estates
