Demand Planner - Build demand forecast, collaborate with sales and marketing team to achieve the level of forecast accuracy and forecast bias set by management - Analyze demand sales trend by providing Month to Date sales report and reviewing sales achievements - Provide stock availability information by collaborating with supply team - Maintain order fulfillment levels by coordinating with supply and sales team to prevent service penalties - Accommodate VAS requests from sales and marketing team if any, track and coordinate with warehouse team in the work process - Provide transition finished goods information to sales and marketing team Demand Planner (Beautyhaul) - Analyze stock allocation for restock store or event. - Provide stock availability information based on DOI. - Provide the measurement information product for new product launch or repackaging product, especially for internal brands. Packaging Planning - Analyze packaging needs to meet a 5- or 6-month supply forecast. - Create purchase orders based on the finalized packaging plan and coordinate with suppliers to ensure packaging is delivered on schedule. - Provide packaging stock availability information to the supply team for packaging delivery to the factory, if needed. - Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive packaging from suppliers and ship it to the factory. - Coordinate with the packaging development team to obtain information on new product launches or product repackaging to ensure packaging is available on schedule.

- Manage departmental document - Create new SKU product in internal system - Create and release POs to vendors - Conduct initial analysis of stock requests from the sales team for PO fulfillment - Execute stock allocation base on sales channel data forecast - Coordinate with suppliers for delivery on schedule - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their requirements - Analyzing changes in PO prices based on price quotes

- Identifying item requirements from clients according to RFQ - Contacting potential vendors according to RFQ - Analyzing all price quotes and completeness of documents provided by vendors - Negotiating to get the best offer from vendors - Create and release Pos for selected vendors - Coordinating with vendors, so that it goes according to plan
