My job requires me to handle purchase requisition,purchase order,getting quotation and make price comparison. I am also responsible to liaise with supplier on price enquiry,stock availability and delivery status. Besides that, I have been working closely with the end user to gain further information on required item as well as cooperate with finance department to settle any discrepancy between purchase order and invoice. Furthermore, it is my responsibility to follow up with supplier on pending invoice and credit note. Moreover, my task also includes preparing memo for payment when it is required.

Doing my internship in purchasing department
