To develop and maintain a rapport with existing clients by: * Provide support to continually improve the relationship. * Presenting new solution & services to existing prospect. * Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

To conduct valuations of properties for our established base of clients: Valuing properties ranging from simple residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural smallholdings to complex properties. Preparation of full valuation reports involving proper inspections of properties and efficient analysis of gathered data, as well as liaison with clients and other relevant parties. To carried out valuations of commercial and industrial complexes, hotels and resorts, golf course, township developments, quarries and mines, residential, agriculture and other special properties for the assessment purpose for Local Authority (Majlis Perbandaran Dungun, Majlis Perbandaran Klang and Majlis Perbandaran Sepang). Marketing activity to procure valuation work from existing and new client: Provide expert advice on property related matters and all out marketing for all panel banks.

Partnership of the product. Oversee and manage the product on daily basis contiguously tracking and monitoring sales report.
