Nokia Siemens Network Project • Manage all logistics team and warehouse team • Responsible for the whole process of logistic operations Liaise with vendors, agents and distributors for shipment arrangements • Handling All Logistic Indosat Project as Partner Nokia Siemens Newtork Indonesia. • Organizing and Managing logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery • Provide related logistic report to the management. • Capable to make standard operational procedure and formulate key performance indicator • Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste and Internal coordination and external.

• Manage all Team in Warehouse Nokia Siemens Network and manage subcontractors Logistic for Identification all Equipment New Material and exsite (hardware and accessories) BTS, BSC, MSC, IN and Transmission SDH, PDH. • control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery. • Communcate with all Manager Logistic Telkomsel project, HCPT, FN, Indosat, Xl about the material each project.

• Handled all team BSS Project and Transmission at Sumatera & Kalimantan, sulawesi, Irian Jaya • Executing the project or subproject according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget. • Responsibility for preparing, planning, executing and closing the project or sub project level (region, zone) • Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and final site acceptance. • Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for demand planning (equipments & resources). • Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones. • Communicate to Implementation Manager for Integration target new site on this week, Month and to Warehouse Manager (Prepare Equipment BTS, Microwave, Rectifier for new Site). Controlling and Monitoring Installation Supervisor & Engineer. • Support and motivate Subcontractors to finished sites problem. • Monitor the project/sub project team including partner/subcontractors and Acceptance site status.
