Air/ Sea Export Arrange freight services for customers, aligned with customer’s freight management needs and in line with (CS) SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. • Review customer’s freight requests and select appropriate carrier • Coordinate gathering and hand-over of freight documents • Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokerage department • Monito and confirm arrival of freight to customer • Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided Air/Sea Import Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments for customers, in line with (CS) SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. • Anticipate inbound shipments and proactively track shipments • Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release • Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer • Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided • Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents Administration Gather documents and information, process and set-up files and ensure proper handover of files and documentation, in line with Geodis and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper administration of files and enable a clear overview of operational activities. • Gathering information and documentation from customers and set-up files in the operational system • Break down documents from shipper/ airline and calculate charges, process in operational system • Close files, pass invoices and credit memos • Ensure proper hand over of documents Customer Business Implementation Implement new customer contracts and coordinate the correct execution of accompanying OP’s, aligned with GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide support with development of new (CS) SOP’s in cooperation with sales and operations • Align new customers SOP’s within team and provide colleagues with support

Responsible for supervising organisational operation for air, sea and land transportation and staying in touch with other managers in the process to ensure operations run efficiently and is well coordinated. Also, to ensure that each stage of the process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards. • Supervising all Air and Sea Import/Export Freight activities, including quotation, booking, documentation, data entry, Shipment tracking and tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, among other responsibilities • Issue bills and invoice to clients and agent and organize documentations and properly keep all shopping records • Communicate daily with airlines/Carriers, vendors, truckers, customers, warehouse contact, sales representatives and overseas offices • Knowledge of air/sea carriers and schedules • Providing cost efficient transportation (air/sea/land) advise • Establishing and implementing logistics procedures in line with organisational requirements • Controlling transportation and distribution costs • Planning the quickest and least costly transport routes • Maximising truck fills • Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies and audits (permits) • Negotiate transportation rates and services with couriers/carriers/providers • Keeping up to date all relevant documentation, vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records & servicing protocols • Managing administrative staff, security guards, van drivers and other logistics staff • Accurately calculating the costs of any transportation • Working closely with vendors to ensure the protection of all freight during transportation

Responsible for overseeing material inventories, warehouse receiving and logistics strategies. Ensure adherence of shipments and receipts to host country customs requirements and standard operating procedures. • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries • Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received • Recording any damaged, missing or faulty goods • Signing the delivery form, once satisfied that the goods are complete • Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment • Labeling goods • Picking goods that have been ordered • Keeping records of goods, which have been picked • Preparing dispatch notes and labels • Moving and stacking goods ready for delivery, either by hand or using machinery • Compliance with security procedures and health & safety • Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris • Using computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement

Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards. Achievements: • Operating machinery such as forklifts • Registration of shipments, enter shipment information entry into the forwarding system • Keep records of all goods shipped, received and stored • Lifting heavy objects • Notify consignees and arrange for delivery • Open cargo containers and unwrap contents, using steel cutters, crowbars or other hand tools • Make sure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly noted and put into a computer data base for future tracking and distribution • Ensuring that the cargo is moved to where it ought to on time • Preparing shipping orders for the goods • Handled all official company correspondence • Ensure that the cargo is expedited properly • To make sure that orders are properly taken from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to loading platform • Preparing and examines bills of lading to determine shipping charges and tariffs • Negotiates and arranges transport of goods with other freight companies • Checks import/ export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fees and tariff groups, using a tariff coding system
