Annual Training Plan: Determining annual training needs analysis and organizing. Evaluating the trainings realized. Orientation Program (Orientation Coordinator): Coordinating and managing the orientation program for new blue-collar and white-collar employees for 90 days and providing training; Improving orientation processes (Project Team). (Brandon Hall Silver Awards) Performance: Assisting the performance management system. Initiation and dissemination of gamification in line with company needs(startup). Promotion Management Process: Conducting the appointment process according to procedure, placing suitable candidates in relevant positions. Organizational Development: Competency-based assessment of employees' suitability for their current roles and management of the process according to procedure. Follow up of global compliance trainings.  Conducting a general satisfaction survey within the company and assisting the process. Internal trainer: Delivery of in-house training as an internal trainer.

Registering new patients, identification of patients needs. Making home visits to registered patients and conducting socioeconomic analysis. Visiting hospitals; providing the needs of registered patients and registering new patients. Scholarship follow-up of registered patients in the Aegean Region; identification of material and moral needs. Coordination of the youth workshop. Determination of monthly social activities; organization of motivational activities for registered families.
