• Support and maintain pabx system. • Draw networking design based on customer requirements. • Carry out controller installation, firmware upgrade and installation of IP phone and analog phone. • Make an on-site inspection to identify the condition of each phone and the condition of the krone tag. • Coordinated with Level 1 technical support (Resident Engineer) to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Inform and update superiors about every issue that happens to every project. • Do testing after configuring pabx controller and before installing it on the project site. • Responsible in presales task such as creating proposal based on customer requirements

-Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are both cost-efficient and of excellent quality -Support engineers with tasks such as technical bid evaluation, workpack, material takeoff, inspection test report, technical clarification, and so on while learning about the intricacies of the oil and gas industry.
