Recruitment Executive Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia As a Recruitment Executive, I am responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring across various industries, particularly within the retail, F&B, and logistics sectors. My role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, selecting, and onboarding suitable candidates, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. • Develop compelling job advertisements to attract relevant talent via job portals, social media, and direct sourcing. • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, and manage follow-up communication. • Provide candidates with detailed briefings regarding job scope, shift schedules, work environment, and expectations. • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and trackers to monitor progress and performance. • Serve as a Project Owner for specific recruitment drives, overseeing the recruitment timeline, candidate management, and client communication.
