Recruiting

This one of my biggest challenges in HR field. I handle most HR works for two companies that recently allied. My job features are not limited, and include: the local (internal) recruitment for Saudis and non-Saudis, writing up the job description and post it in a recruitment platforms, and the hiring cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing the candidates, job offers, hiring and onboarding).

My responsibilities include sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles, Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers in companies, Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end. PROJECTS: Team member of hiring medical staffs (Physicians, nurses, med-specialists, etc.) at different medical providers: Dallah, the Kingdom, Magrabi, Divaverum, and SmartMed. Indeed, I cover all process of hiring: talent acquisition, interviewing, and even the operations for some projects.

I was a member of the women’s club at USC, and I had several contributions in associated committees at the club. Also, I was engaged in two groups (the evening book club, and lunch group).

I was a team member of the Saudi Students Association (SSA) at the University of South Carolina, and I was responsible to arrange the activities and exhibitions of the Saudi ladies under the university umbrella. This job was a voluntary work.
