Handling controlled medicines, ordering, filling prescriptions, monthly reports. Managing online selling on platforms like Instashop and talabat, running offers, stocks availability. Achieving personal targets and Pharmacy sales targets quarterly. Customer Services and sale. Monthly evaluation of staff and giving the proper training and instructions on sales and products knowledge. Purchase: Ordering medicines directly from suppliers (Bonus items and checking the bonuses, non-bonus items), Skincare orders & General items. Checking received invoices & transfers between the branches. Stock allocation (7 pharmacies). Merchandise: Make sure of the proper merchandise of all products for the best visibility and maximise sales, according to marketing plan. Handling petty cash, preparing monthly reports. Handling Expiry and compensations GRV follow up with the suppliers. Preparing expiry report periodically and follow up the items movement (non moving items). Updating pharmacy documents and ED permissions and follow up the sales campaigns. Handling available promoters efficiently. Handling the store transfers to the other branches. Annual stock taking, stock verification.
