• Create Build of Material to register at SAP system base on functional location such as gerboxes, screw conveyor, bark conveyor, piping utility • Create material number at SAP base on katalog/drawing parts at equipment installed then maintain untill ready use in all plant • Decide purchase request spare part of equipment after analysis base on critical level then following up to purchaser untill PO • Make comparison technical specification part/job for several suppliers for tender/bidding avoid the errors not occur • Inventory control minimum stock availability of spare parts • Controlling CAPEX and OPEX budgets and reduce maintenance cost • Working with vendors for solve high issue mechanical such as mechseal leakage, belt conveyor torn out, drag-chain damage, screw conveyor worn out, fabric conveyor burn out for upgrade session • Make sure safety aspect in accordance with procedure, before-on going-after work • Planning preventive maintenance schedule with arrange manpower skill, especially critical equipment such as Disc Filter, Lime Kiln, Gearbox and Drag Chain Conveyor, Recaustic Pumps, Bark Dryer-Bark Gasifier plant then minimize the breakdown • Planning annual shutdown job, spare parts need replace or repair, manpower skills, tools, heavy equipment. Planning (strategy) emergency job for solve mech issue to avoid production lost • Improvement with JDI at equipment to increase lifetime part and reduce maintenance cost • Supply chain planner when emergency work during superheater breakdown in September 2021 at OKI power plant

• Reduce error job by manpower with collaborate ABB Robot Arm with diecast machine Buhler for running casting soleplate • Design safety sequence during collaborate ABB robot join with diecasting machine and Universal Robot Arm join with side milling machine • Troubleshoot blanking and piercing machine for mechatronic issue due problem quality of product • Analysis sequence movement manpower to convert the sequence become robot arm movement • Cost control during maintenance with repair part, copy design part with reverse engineering skill and plan purchase request spare parts • External service with vendor for support modification sequence with diecast machine buhler
