I taught for all grade. at the same time, I can convey knowledge for 2-3 students, who is different grades, fluently. My method is learning to understand, I teach my student way to understand a problem and give they solve themselves. very students still learning well, despite I teach nothing more.

 11/2020 – Now: Instrument Supervisor for Dai Nguyet Wellhead Platform. - Make plan about material & human to complete E&I Jacket of DNWHP from construction to handover Client. - Support to complete E&I in E-House.  4/2020 – Now: Instrument Supervisor for Gallaf Project Phase 2. - Manage over 100 E&I staffs and subs contractor team with Man Hours and working load. - Complete install equipment, control termination, test instrument equipment and close check sheet, punch list for all E&I systems for DC topside include: Telecom, Electrical, Instrument and Fire & Gas system. - Preventive maintenance for fire protection system of Company. - Operate with foreign client daily to ensure construction is finished fast and exactly.  3/2019 - 4/2020: Instrument supervisor of Sao Vang Dai Nguyet Project - Make plans for E&I work and human. - Co-operate with other departments to service for E&I construction. - Contact & co-operate to Client to work fluently. - Manage over 40 company's worker and subcontractor for work. - Complete install equipment, control termination, test instrument equipment and close check sheet, punch list for: + Lighting system. + Speaker system. + Fire & Gas system. + Antenna & radar system. + Instrument system include: transmitter, tubing, … + E&I for crane system and E&I cabinet. - Install Helideck lighting for SVDN project. - Operate with foreign client daily to ensure construction is finished fast and exactly.

 5/2018 - 2/2019: Automation and Instrument Engineer - Work in Automation and Instrument team. - Preventive and maintenance all of controlequipmentand automation systems of main plant include: + Inverter. + Pressure/Temperature/Duty/Humidity/Vibration/Level transmitter. + Belt scale, weight feeder. + Air blaster. + Lighting. + Electrical cabinet. - Manage new projects relate electrical system (Ex: install Air Blaster, Silo Pilot, Pressure Measure, Temperature Measure, Vibration Measure). - Design and install new automation systems, modify obsolete or unsuitable equipment. Work with equipment use software (fingerprint Reader, measure equipment). - Use SAP to create Notification, work order to process a task. - Use SAP to release and follow purchase request and purchase order. - Use SAP to make plan and follow preventive machines. - Ensure all of machines are operated smoothly and production progress is not interrupted. - Ensure all of index of machine is exact to production efficiency and production quality is not effective.  5/2017 - 5/2018: Junior Trainee - Play a role as a Production shift leader. - Manage 10 people and in the Terminal (office hours) and all people after office hours. - Control not only import and export cement but also raw materials, fuel andanother. - Control co-operation between other departments to warrant plant operate effectively have power as a plant director after office hours. - Use SAP to control: + Preventive maintenance machines and equipment. + Check amount of man hours for each task. + Control import/export tool, equipment and fuel in/out stock. - Ensure clean and safety for all of Plant. - Ensure production efficiency and production quality for each time import materials and export products. - Ensure all of equipment are operated smoothly and production progress is not interrupted. - Check all equipment and materials during work and before finish shift. - Report to manager for all of activities in the shift.

I play a role same as a Production shift leader. Manage 10 people and all machine in the plant (office hours) and all people and machine after office hours. manage not only import and export cement but also raw material, fuel and others. manage co-operation between other department to warrant plant operate effectively have power as a plant director after office hours.
