* Worked at SLP Plant for sterile products, Ultramel and export yoghurt. Yoghurt processing, milk pasteurisation, cooling and packing from raw material to final product. * Loss Less project * Internal Auditing

* Investigation of the impact on product taste and appearance on all production lines stoppages due to technical and operational downtime's causing product to stay inside machines, on line, inside stackers, and on pallets before being taken to the cold room. * Investigate the total procedure for repacking of products that can influence the quality of products, specifically on taste, appearance and smell. * Investigate the handling of “Returns” at secondary distribution to ensure product quality for all returns destined to go “back to stock” * Introduction to Internal Auditing

* Microbiological analysis of water, fats and oils * Collection and preparation of samples and swabs for micro analysis * Preparation of media and other micro solutions * Autoclaving of apparatus and media * Interpretation and reporting of results after which, preparing a trend analysis * Investigation of customer complaints * Assist in revision of SOP in Microbiology * Training Staff in GMP and Hygiene

* Assisted the phlebotomists in collecting blood samples * Centrifugation of blood into its different components * Determination of Glutathione peroxidase levels in red blood cells using ELISA kits * Determination of Clara Cell protein 16 concentration levels in the blood serum using * Elisa kits and the spectrophotometer * Daily laboratory maintenance * Compilation of monthly reports

* Organize workflow and task schedules to maximize laboratory efficiency (e.g., Prioritize sample analysis, assign tasks, preventative maintenance). * Develop quality standards, specifications or requirements (e.g., concentrate/beverage base, ingredients, packaging, beverage, processes, and new technology) in order to ensure quality and integrity of products, and to protect the trademarks of the Coca-Cola Company. * Interact with and inform suppliers, Purchasing, and Company plants ingredient sample analyses, ingredient issues or rejections, and to resolve problems related to ingredient approval. * Establish, communicate and enforce policies and processes regarding formula and/or regulatory issues (e.g., religious issues, technical claims, PARs, MSDSs). * Lead investigations on internal quality issues and customer complaints and delineate corrective/preventive actions plans. * Investigate and find solutions to distressed batches. Communicate the situation to Management and propose solutions.
