• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Prepare contracts, issue/renew work permits & residency via Qiwa and Muqeem. • Oversee payroll including salaries, deductions, overtime, and leave balances. • Handle attendance, employee requests, settlements, and end-of-service benefits. • Draft official HR documents: authorizations, warnings, settlements, and general letters. • Maintain employee records and generate reports using advanced Excel tools.

Among my responsibilities include assisting in sourcing and screening candidates to identify qualified talent, supporting the organization and facilitation of recruitment events and interview processes, as well as preparing analytical reports on job candidates and recruitment operations performance.

I continuously monitor children's performance, evaluate their progress, and provide constructive feedback to parents.
