WORKING AS FIT OUT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER work to Manage the project managers on individual projects , involved in interior fit out works for big hotels , auditoriums ,restaurants etc -Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms -Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project -Insure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and Blueprint in house divisions (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, gypsum, paint, etc) have the updated information -Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions -Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators -Insure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget -Manage teams to achieve the required goals

*preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts *developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen *planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials *making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to. *overseeing the running of several projects *using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows *communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce

*Translating client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a team *Prioritizing and organizing project tasks into the required timeline *Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage *Maintaining a clean health and safety record and overseeing the resolution of any problems *Making sure all legal requirements are adhered to *Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring solutions are implemented *Listening and responding to team and client requests *Running regular team meetings and maintaining team activity and morale *Liaising with third parties such as external contractors around time scales and working practices
