Development of a web-based platform for managing public competitions and candidate applications, featuring a public candidate area (competition browsing, application submission, and application status tracking) and a secured administrator area (competition management, application processing, results management, and generation of main and waiting lists). The project was carried out end-to-end, covering requirements analysis, system design, development, security implementation, and deployment preparation. From a technical perspective, the solution is built on a RESTful backend architecture using Spring Boot, with a layered architecture (Controller, Service, Repository) and data persistence managed through JPA/Hibernate. Application security is ensured via Spring Security with JWT-based authentication and authorization, enforcing strict access control between public and administrative functionalities. The frontend was developed using Angular, providing a responsive and user-friendly interface, including multi-step application forms and administrative dashboards. Supporting tools and technologies include MinIO for document storage, Swagger (OpenAPI) for API documentation and testing, Gradle for build and dependency management, and Git/GitHub for version control
