- Review purchase request to ensure its complied with regulations and instructions. - Tender specifications Study, prepare with the concerned departments. - launched Tender types (public tender, limited tender, direct purchase, etc.) on Etimad platform. - Opening suppliers proposals through Eitmad platform, reviewing, and ensuring their conformity with the needed specifications. - Preparing the minutes of examination of offers and assisting in making recommendations on the best offers. - Insert the wining suppliers through SAP system.

- Responsible for purchasing solutions, hardware, and licenses for IT Division and different PMO projects. - Vendor selection and negotiating the best price and terms to save spending. - Using Oracle ERP system to approve purchase requests.
