Meet with customer’s project team to plan for device and software deployment Arranging of internal support(engineers, technicians and delivery teams) according to the agreed project timeline Point of contact between customer and Ricoh during the project phase Ensuring all agreed project timelines are met

Analysing of customer’s existing print devices during onsite visit to customer’s office Tabulating customer's existing print devices's Total Cost of Ownership Work with Consultant in preparing onsite findings/audits to customer

Sales calls to customer to understand customer’s requirements. Recommend and promote product and services. Responsible for all enquires and activities, example, sales / product presentation. Handle enquiries from architects. Liaise with architects and contractor on technical matters.
