Managed a global IT operation department with over 180 team members worldwide. The team is responsible for the support, operation, patching and upgrade of all IT infrastructures and systems running in Melco properties including three resorts in Macau, one in Manila and one in Cyprus. These properties combined with over 3000 hotels rooms, 500 F&B and retails outlets, 800 table games and 5000 slots machines. The team is operating 24x7 to provide IT services (IT helpdesk, VIP services, Field technicians and Level 2&3 system support) for 10,000+ back office users globally and support over 200 systems running in 4 data centres and 5 cloud environments (AWS, Azure and Alibaba Clouds).

Manage a team with 6 technical team members to supervise, support and maintain the marketing data warehouse of 6 Asia countries.This data warehouse is build for business analysts to perform market segmentation, campaign development and campaign performance tracking

Design, implement and maintain many large-scale vertical data warehourse applications running at customer sites. These applications are developed based on Viador Portal and Business Intelligent technology and are in production level for many years.

Designed, implemented and maintained a row-level security feature inside Oracle7 Database Server, converting it into the multilevel Trusted Oracle database server.
