Driven by my passion for innovation, I founded NorgTech International, where we provide creative service-plus solution for wind and other renewable technologies. I am also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. I manage various business development responsibilities to maximize profit and optimize financial performance. In this role, I oversee 50+ employees and served as the first person on-site for all site-related activities and the project execution phase from site establishment to handover of the wind farm to the customer and Service. I ensure that all activities on site are done within the project schedule and according to HSE standards. Moreover, I work closely with the Project Manager in the site's planning, preparation, establishment, and execution. My other duties and accomplishments include: ➝ Spearhead and monitor all aspects of health, safety, and environment and technical requirements at the wind farm site, including daily HSE briefings and inductions and manage Nordex HSE systems such as permit work systems, LOTO, etc. ➝ Execute decisions regarding site activities and priorities daily and coordinate work tasks for individual parties on site. ➝ Function as the first contact for all parties active on-site, such as subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site personnel, by building a strong relationship with the parties mentioned above. ➝ Define time schedules for the site management, monitor and safeguard the required level of quality throughout erection, finishing, and commissioning works, and carry out quality inspections such as receipt of components on-site. ➝ Control civil, mechanical, and electrical site works in anticipation of turbine delivery and based on the given time frame. ➝ Schedule the organization and replacement of resources, tools, and material, and manage site logistics and return cargo. ➝ Employ strategic leadership in leading the arrival at site, erection, and commissioning of the wind turbines to assure the handover to the customer and the Nordex service team on time and in good quality.

As a Supervisor, I managed the project execution life cycle to cultivate the organization as a leading wind energy developer. I have undertaken complex turbine-related functions while resolving technical issues utilizing keen knowledge. I also engaged in site project development while streamlining wind operations to ensure organizational efficiency. I supervised team members, mediated conflicts, and optimized team capabilities adhering to the regulation.

Serving in this role, I installed electrical components of the wind turbines with all the necessary devices to ensure proper operations. I performed inspections to remedy any fault and malfunction related to mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components. Additionally, I carried out routine maintenance on all wind turbine equipment, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems. My other duties and accomplishments include: ➝ Oversaw the tools, spare parts, and equipment inventories necessary for installation, repair, or replacement services. ➝ Maintained detailed checklists through generating documentation of detected faults and all repair works.

Having served as a Position, I produced high-quality musical works by suggesting necessary changes and collaborating with professional musicians. I also oversaw the post-production process, including editing the music, approving any changes, and finalizing the music output. By leveraging my exceptional technical skills, I provided expert assistance to audio engineers with the mixing and recording processes. I also offered helpful advice and encouragement during recording sessions to arrange the compositions and improve the songs.

As a Technical Employee at Procter & Gamble, I operated, monitored, and maintained production machines and equipment with proficiency according to company procedures. I also ensured their overall efficiency along with all operating resources by carrying out routine maintenance checks. Utilizing my technical skills, I troubleshoot technical faults or malfunctions of different machines to ensure continuous operations and safety among workers. I also provided timely resolutions to all cases of quality deficiencies and process errors according to corresponding specifications. By adhering to all available test plans, I prevented any deviations in product quality and quantity, ensuring that only the highest quality products were produced. I also carried out inspections and substantial tests on all relevant components to assure if products were all ready for release. In addition, I monitored the inventory of goods, including the buffer stocks, and provided efficient support on material product labeling and documentation. I ensured proper compliance with the documentation standards by cooperating in the preparation and maintenance of the BMS documentation. To support all environmental, health, and safety operational activities of the company, I strictly complied with the company's environmental policy objectives. I also assisted in the management of company projects to ensure its completion within the specified time, scope, and budget.

At Bayer Pharma AG, I conducted visual inspections on products such as pre-filled syringes, cartridges, and vials to ensure quality standards were met. I was held liable for the efficient operation and effective troubleshooting of fully and semi-automatic inspection systems of the company. In my capacity as a Production Employee, I strictly enforced the infection prevention control across the company to guarantee a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, workers, and leaders. To support the continuous professional development of new and existing employees, I designed, developed, and successfully implemented the WBT training in the company.

Having served as a Position, I oversaw all aspects of dispatching products worldwide, ensuring that goods were delivered according to the set schedule. I headed the shipping process, from preparing the packing checklists through to packaging and reviewing the outgoing products. I also conducted a regular inventory of supplies and placed orders as needed to maintain an adequate amount of shipping goods. By leveraging my technical and software proficiency, I extensively utilized the SAP systems for documentation and maintenance of pertinent records.

In my role as a Position, I was accountable for the overall management and maintenance of utility systems by conducting repairs when necessary or as instructed. I utilized my strong familiarity with the different maintenance machinery and equipment in performing my daily duties. In addition, I maintained a clean and safe working environment in the job sites by ensuring all materials were restored to their original states. I also managed the dispatch and electronics acquisition, following the company’s standard operating procedures and protocols.

Having served as a Warehouseman at Jonas & Redman GMBH, I performed quality and inventory controls, such as stock monitoring, quantity testing, and opting for the ideal warehouse environment. I received, sorted, and stored warehouse stock products in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and standards. I strictly monitored the ins and outs of the company goods to ensure all orders for delivery were completed according to the established schedules. I also managed and maintained all corresponding data in the EDP Systems for efficient tracking by regularly updating the system with accurate information. Additionally, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, I provided exceptional customer service and support at all times.
