Process and follow up on export orders in the system, ensuring compliance with timelines, sales terms, and document accuracy. Manage approximately 15–20 international accounts across the Americas (U.S., Guatemala, and South America), primarily Henkel HCB distributors (retail, professional, and laundry sectors). Resolve issues such as billing errors, damaged products, credit note adjustments, delays, etc. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, demand planning, and finance to solve problems. Ensure compliance with monthly billing targets by identifying deviations and root causes. Maintain constant and proactive contact with customers to anticipate needs and manage expectations. Prepare and analyze operational and commercial management report.

Responsibilities: • Provides complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise of a few technologies and knowledge of multiple technologies. • Solves complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations; executing program strategies; or coordinating integration of small acquisitions. • Monitors programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks; identifies issues and proposed solutions with limited guidance. • Collaborates with or leads teams to maintain and enhance the current business objectives, such as cost- management. • Provides independent, analytic, and strategic support. • Mentors lower level contributors.

Tracking and receiving materials required for the production line. Po placement. Close tracking past due PO’s. Shortages/critical items daily follow up, providing accurate information to planning team. Knowledge of the full purchasing process.
