I am an undergraduate Intelligent Systems Engineering student at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Menoufia University (expected graduation 2027), passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. Over the past two years, I have gained hands-on experience in web development, building interactive, user-focused applications that combine functionality with engaging design. Recently, I transitioned to Data Engineering, driven by my interest in data-driven solutions, analytics, and problem-solving, and I am actively developing my skills in this field as my primary career path. I have contributed to multiple projects in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Data Analysis, and web development, applying both technical expertise and creative thinking. I served as Team Leader and Web Developer in the NASA Space Apps Challenge for two consecutive years, where I founded and led a team to develop a smart agriculture platform integrating NASA satellite data with IoT devices, enabling real-time monitoring and AI-driven decision support. Additionally, I participated as a competitor in the Central Bank of Egypt competition and won Best Project Idea at the 3rd Menoufia University Scientific Forum (Entrepreneurship Track), showcasing my leadership and innovation skills. Outside of technical projects, I contributed as a Video Producer in the Undergraduate Researchers Initiative, creating educational content to simplify complex concepts for students, bridging theory with practical applications, and honing my communication and instructional design skills. Currently, I am a DEPI scholar (Digital Egypt Pioneer Initiative – Huawei Big Data Track), continuously enhancing my data engineering, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to build a professional career as a Data Engineer, applying my technical knowledge and analytical expertise to design scalable, intelligent systems that make a meaningful impact. I am eager to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with dynamic teams, and drive solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with practical real-world applications.

Currently working on an AI-powered financial fraud detection pipeline as part of the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI). The project focuses on designing and implementing scalable, cloud-ready data pipelines for real-time and batch processing. The pipeline leverages Apache Kafka for streaming ingestion and Apache Spark for distributed data processing, feature engineering, and aggregation. AI models are integrated into the pipeline to perform fraud inference and support data-driven decision-making. The project emphasizes building end-to-end data engineering solutions, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization. Outputs are stored in a data lake or database and exposed through analytical dashboards for monitoring and insights. This experience strengthens practical skills in data pipelines, streaming architectures, cloud technologies, and collaborative development using Git and cloud platforms.
