• Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan (ATP) to align with organizational objectives. • Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and technical skills enhancement, for employees at all levels. • Collaborate with training providers to facilitate in-house and public training sessions. • Manage the application and allocation of training grants through HRDC to optimize available funding. • Oversee the HRDC fund for training and ensure effective utilization of resources. • Track and report monthly and annual average training hours to meet compliance and organizational goals. • Create and produce videos documenting each training session to enhance learning engagement and record-keeping. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to address employee development gaps. • Plan and manage events for various management levels, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives. • Perform monitoring and evaluation of training programs, including post-training and post- monitoring assessments, to measure effectiveness and outcomes. • Administer the registration and record-keeping of in-house, public, and on-the-job training through the Learning Development System. • Assist in the recruitment and interviewing of interns to support workforce development.
