Provide practical advice and guidance to get people who are unemployed back into work and sustain employment Provide advice ,support and encouragement to find and keep customers in work Engaging and keeping customers on the programme managing a case load of up to 60 clients Find employment and work based opportunities for customers Deliver 1:1 and group sessions to approved guidelines and quality standards Work with customers to assess their needs an career aspirations Developing and updating individual action plans and tailored programme of activity managing participation and progress. Act as first point of contact for customers on-going support needs Undertake evaluation of service activities Maintain the necessary administrative and system tasks to manage workflow Build and maintain trust and relationships with customers quickly,

* Deal with customer Queries over the phone and on a face to face basis * Serve customers via analysing their requirements and offering them advice on products and services available in the branch * Generate sales via creating New Bank accounts, Credit Card Accounts and offering additional products & services to existing customers. * Creating sales opportunities by generating leads and making appointments for Mortgage and Financial Advisors * Liaising with Head Office for daily banking duties * Making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers informing them of new products services and offers. * Participate in promotional offers and activities to enhance and increase branch performance * Conduct end of day banking duties
