• Execution of retail projects including: o Reviewing market needs and defining stores for retail projects o Designing stores space o Planning and budgeting scope of work for retail changes o Negotiations with dealers and suppliers o Supervision on all project steps • Designing and translating POP materials • Visual merchandising • Planning, coordination and conducting of field events: o Looking for opportunities which will grow the business o Planning event schedule o Seeking locations, coordinating event organization o Managing event team (two people) • Designing and executing of Expo area for annual retailer summit • Development of bike rental app • Running social media campaigns with marketing team • Leading Retail Excellence Class (Training for bike store owners and managers)

• Purchase logistics: analyzing customer needs, building and developing key relationships with main suppliers, negotiating prices • Creating new marketing channels (e-marketing) • Preparing graphics and informational materials for various sales activities • Ordering promotional materials (company gadgets, etc.)

• Purchase logistics: building and developing relationships with key suppliers & vendors (both in Poland and abroad), market research and analysis, managing warehouse stocks, forecasting the rotation of products, handling orders and purchase invoices • Submitting inquiries and analyzing offers, negotiating prices, placing orders and planning shipments • Contact with IT developer: assigning and monitoring work progress, conducting tests of the implemented B2B system & conducting internal trainings and presentations • Solving local IT issues and contacting an outsourced IT department • Ordering promotional materials (company gadgets, fleet branding etc.)

• Maintaining good long-term relationship with customers, analyzing their needs & expectations • Supporting customer services after selling products & solving problems • Active search and customer acquisition • Cooperation with purchasing groups
